Knowledgeable, Experienced, Compassionate, and Aggressive

Reichert Law Office of Grand Forks, ND was founded in 2003 by Alexander F. Reichert. Like his father before him, Mr. Reichert became an attorney in order to help people fight for their rights in a court of law. With over 20 years of experience behind him, Alex Reichert has handpicked the attorneys who round out his team, as well as the professional legal staff who support both offices.

We Accept Cases Other Lawyers Won’t Touch

In America, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty and deserve to have your rights protected under the law. Reichert Law Office specializes in handling difficult litigation, including serious criminal, personal injury, divorce, and family court cases. With experience successfully arguing cases at the state, federal, and supreme court level, we won’t shy away from serious cases that other attorneys turn down.

Passionate Representation

Each client and every court case are unique. We provide clientele with individualized attention and offer bold solutions to their legal problems. Acquittals and not guilty verdicts are very possible. If you are facing criminal charges for white collar crimes, drug crimes, sex crimes, or murder, you won’t find attorneys who will work harder to represent you than the staff at Reichert Law Office. We have also secured multi-million-dollar settlements for personal injury clients, and we have a passion for protecting clients and children in divorce and child custody cases.
