Do I even need a lawyer?

Yes and no. In small, uncomplicated claims, an attorney may not be of economic benefit to you.  A good attorney will tell you this. However, for moderate to complicated or catastrophic claims, an attorney’s skill, experience, and knowledge can add value to your claim and alleviate you from the confusion and stress of resolving your case, allowing you to focus your attention on feeling better.

I can’t afford an attorney.  What can I do?
