What Sets Our Team Apart
Our founding attorney, Alexander Reichert, has an extensive amount of experience standing before a court in trials. In the decades he has been taking cases to trial, he has argued in front of the U.S. Supreme Court and has tried a federal death penalty case. He is also the only North Dakota attorney who is a member of the “American Board of Trial Lawyers,” which requires members to have more than 10 years of trial experience, have tried more than 50 felony cases and won at least 35 of them, and five of those cases need to be capital or life sentence cases.
Attorney Reichert is also a regular speaker at the University of North Dakota, and has also been called to The University of Oklahoma and Montana state. His knowledge of criminal and personal injury law, as well as the skill and experience of Challis Williams and Amanda Corey can be an invaluable asset to your legal needs.
How We Represent Our Clients
When a client comes to us for help, we take the time to learn about their unique needs before considering their available options and craft a custom-tailored strategy to pursue that goal. We do everything in our power to handle the legal needs of our clients so they can rest easy knowing someone is fighting for them.
